High-Achieving Women
For Women Ready to Choose Themselves
You often carry stress in silence. You may feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally burnt out, or stretched thin from the constant pressure to be everything for everyone. Maybe you’re stuck in people-pleasing, perfectionism, overcommitting, or quietly wondering if you’re doing enough or if you even feel like yourself anymore.
Many women in this season find themselves asking questions like Why am I this exhausted when I’m doing everything “right”? And Why do I keep saying yes when I’m already stretched thin?

Individual Therapy for
Child-Loss Grief
Rewriting Life After Loss
Losing a child from infant loss, miscarriage, or adoption placement is a grief that can reshape your identity, relationships, and sense of self. This kind of loss is often invisible or misunderstood, even when it feels all-consuming to you. You may be carrying heartbreak, guilt, anger, confusion, or a deep emptiness that’s hard to name, and you deserve support from someone who understands the weight of this grief.
You Don’t Have to Carry This Loss Alone
In therapy, we make space for the truth of what you’re feeling without rushing you or minimizing your pain.
What We’ll Focus On:
Processing grief and trauma related to pregnancy or infant loss
Honoring the bond you’ll forever carry with your child
Understanding your emotional responses and nervous system reactions
Managing triggers and intense moments as they arise
Rebuilding a sense of safety, identity, and meaning
Practical tools to support you through daily life
When You’re Ready
Your grief deserves space, and your story deserves care. If you’re ready for a place to talk openly about your loss and process what you’re carrying, I’m here to support you.

Frequently Asked Questions

I am an out-of-network provider, which means many clients can receive partial reimbursement through their insurance plan.
If your insurance plan includes out-of-network benefits, you may be eligible to receive a portion of your session cost back, often around 60 to 80 percent once your deductible is met. I can help simplify the process by providing a monthly superbill for you to submit or submit the claims on your behalf by utilizing a service called Thrizer. -
Payment is due at the time of each session. I accept all major debit and credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and online payments through my secure client portal.
-
Yes. I reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots for women who may not otherwise have access to therapy. If cost is a concern, please reach out and we can explore what options may be available. I want therapy to be as accessible as possible while maintaining high-quality, consistent care.

During this 15-minute call, we’ll talk briefly about what you’re navigating, what you’re looking for in therapy, and whether my approach aligns with your needs. You’re welcome to ask questions about scheduling, fees, or what therapy looks like with me. If we’re a good fit, we’ll set up your first session
-
Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build momentum, safety, and consistency. As you start feeling more grounded, we may move to biweekly sessions depending on your goals and what feels supportive.
-
There is no one-size-fits-all timeline. Some clients experience noticeable progress in 3–6 months, while others choose to continue longer-term for deeper exploration and ongoing support. We’ll regularly check in about your goals and needs as we go.
