Therapy services are only established after completing an intake process, signing required clinical documents, and attending a scheduled session.

If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Website.

Therapy services through SayIt Mental Health, LLC are available to clients located in:

  • Nevada: In-person in Las Vegas and virtually statewide
  • Montana: Virtual services only

You are responsible for ensuring you are physically located in a state in which your therapist is licensed at the time of any clinical session.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including text, branding, images, logos, graphics, and downloadable materials—is the property of SayIt Mental Health, LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

If you engage in therapy services, all payments, fees, and billing practices are governed by the separate Informed Consent for Psychotherapy you will sign as a client.

Website visitors do not provide payment unless scheduling or service use requires it.

9. Dispute Resolution

If a concern arises, we encourage good-faith informal resolution first.

If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in Nevada under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive the right to participate in class-action claims.
